Career overview
Tiina Pukk is the founder of and a partner and attorney at CORE Legal. She has been working as a legal advisor for over 14 years. Before founding CORE Legal, Tiina worked for many years at a leading law firm in Estonia, and from 2017 to 2018 at the Estonian office of Deloitte Legal.
Since the start of her career, Tiina has remained focused on intellectual property and advising IT-based businesses. Tiina provides legal advice on development agreements, the development of licence models, and the protection of intellectual property as an asset, and helps her clients resolve disputes.
Tiina has extensive experience in the field of commercial law. She advises businesses and their owners on management issues and corporate restructuring, and conducts mergers and divisions as well as purchase and sale transactions. Tiina specialises in advising start-ups from the perspective of the founders and has helped them turn ideas into protected products.
She also advises clients in the fields of labour law and data protection. Since 2017, Tiina has led several cross-border GDPR compliance projects, has carried out impact assessments, and has helped clients bring their business activities into line with data protection requirements.
Tiina is also an experienced trial attorney, and represents clients in disputes.
